1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MARG website, apps, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by TEN Labs Technologies ("MARG", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What MARG does
MARG is a marketplace and technology platform. We help you assess your financial readiness for a home loan and connect you with lending partners suited to your profile. MARG is not a bank, NBFC, or lender. We do not sanction, disburse, or guarantee any loan. All lending decisions — including approval, amount, interest rate, and terms — are made solely by the respective lender.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
4. Your responsibilities
When you use the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it updated.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with others.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or fraudulent information.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
5. Eligibility checks and estimates
Eligibility scores, eligible loan amounts, EMI figures, and lender matches produced by our CreditOS engine are indicative estimates based on the information you provide and are for guidance only. They are not an offer, sanction, or commitment to lend and do not guarantee any outcome. Actual eligibility and terms are determined by the lender following its own assessment.
6. Partner and Mitra accounts
If you register as a MARG Partner or Mitra, you agree to act honestly, obtain valid consent from any customer whose details you submit, and comply with all applicable laws and our operating guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Platform, submit false information, or breach these Terms.
7. Third-party lenders and services
The Platform may facilitate interactions with lenders, credit bureaus, and other third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. MARG is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or products of any third party, and any dispute regarding a loan is between you and the relevant lender.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its content, design, software, and the CreditOS engine, is owned by or licensed to TEN Labs Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARG disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any estimate, or any lending decision made by a third party.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, or terminate access, at our discretion.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
